Making Whipped Vegan vanilla and chocolate ice cream

For this recipe you need: 

Vegan base

Ice cream maker

Our advice: for perfect creaminess and irresistible ice cream, choose our Cremuu ice cream maker!
Before starting, remember to chill the ice cream tub in the freezer for at least 12 hours!

  1. Heat the water (270 g for Vanilla and 260 g for Chocolate) in a saucepan or kettle until almost boiling. Add to a bag of Vegan powdered base in a jug and mix with a spatula.
  2. Let it rest in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Take the mixture from the fridge and pour it into the ice cream maker, which should already be turned on. Leave it to mix for 30-40 minutes or until the desired consistency is achieved.
  4. Serve the ice cream in cups, glasses or as an accompaniment to fruit and cakes.

Let your creativity run wild and decorate the ice cream however you like: with chopped nuts, meringues, toppings or fruit… There’s no limit to your imagination!
