Preparation of the Creamy Fruit Sorbet

Our advice: for perfect creaminess and irresistible ice cream, choose our Cremuu ice cream maker!
Before starting, remember to chill the ice cream tub in the freezer for at least 12 hours!

  1. Prepare the fruit puree: choose your preferred fruit, clean it, cut it into pieces and puree it with a hand blender.
  2. In a jug, combine the Fruttastick fruit sorbet base, fruit puree and water (see the Recipe book table for quantities) and mix well.
  3. Take the mixture from the freezer and pour it into the ice cream maker, which should already be turned on. Leave it to mix for 30-40 minutes or until the desired consistency is achieved.
  4. Serve the ice cream in cups, glasses or as an accompaniment to fruit and cakes.

Let your creativity run wild and decorate the ice cream however you like: with chopped nuts, meringues, toppings or fruit… There’s no limit to your imagination!
