Directions for preparation
One pack can be used to produce approximately 2 moulds for sorbets on sticks or 2 productions with the Cremuu ice cream maker.
It is recommended to use fresh or frozen unsweetened fruit.
The fruit, washed and deprived of inedible parts, must be combined in a blender (or with an immersion blender) with FruttaStick and water according to the proportions indicated in the recipes.
Fructose, vegetable fibre from chicory (inulin), thickener: carob bean gum.
