Directions for preparation
Combine the LIQUID BASE with a flavouring paste. Before adding the mixture, work it well with a spoon until it is soft and creamy (in most cases, the ingredients of flavouring pastes tend to separate, with the fibrous part that can harden).
Mix the ingredients well, first using a spatula and then a stick blender or whisk. Be careful not to “whip” the mixture and make sure you limit the formation of foam.
Leave to rest in the fridge for at least 15 minutes (leaving it longer will help with the subsequent method).
